We take an interdisciplinary approach, bringing all relevant disciplines together in the design process. Because of this, we excel at problems where the product’s appearance, the user’s interaction, and the product’s functionality are inseparable. We reject the traditional serial process, where one discipline throws the product over the wall to another, and says, "now it’s your problem". The interdisciplinary approach means that each of us has learned how our work affects the work of others, and we let the user’s need  mediate when we have conflicts.
