We provide collaborative services to support a client’s in-house development team.
Whether these services represent disciplines that are outside of a client’s core
competency, or supplement existing competencies, we provide experienced designers who
become committed members of a client’s team. When needed, we also provide short-term
support within project stages, or solve particular problems within larger development
phases.
Turnkey Development
We assemble teams capable of taking a project all the way from an idea to shippable
production units, with minimal drain on client personnel resources. Our teams have a
proven track record of developing, prototyping and transitioning to manufacturing products
that win market share.
Strategic Consulting
Not all of our work is done within the confines of specific new product development
programs. By working outside of ongoing programs we help clients identify new product
opportunities and improve their development processes. To identify opportunities, we
brainstorm, develop and test ideas; assessing a development direction before the
dedication of internal resources. To improve development processes, we provide both direct
consultation and educational seminars, sharing our expertise and methodologies.
