This Lunch and Learn is an introduction to the ethnographic research process, including the techniques outlined in the Daedalus Research Tool Box and the benefits and caveats of using each method. The session culminates in breakout sessions that engage participants in various ethnography research exercises, such as interviewing another member of the group using a think-aloud protocol as that individual attempts to use a rather oddly designed device or interviewing an individual to construct a personal inventory.
