Prototyping to Discover Lunch & Learn

This Lunch and Learn is an introduction to prototyping for products and services. It walks the learner through different types of prototyping at low, medium, and high levels of fidelity, including the benefits and limitations of each, and dispels misconceptions about the purpose of prototyping.

In breakout groups, participants engage in whiteboard paper prototyping exercises specifically designed with the participants’ industry in mind, such as service offerings to encourage customers to switch from paper banking to online banking or encourage the underbanked to become banked (for a banking client) or to better engage familial caregivers (for a healthcare client).

In addition to hosting open sessions at the Daedalus office, we have tailored this workshop for various clients.
